2026 Cruise & Learn Registration Information

Dates: July 9, 2026 – July 14, 2026
Ship & Route: Carnival Venezia, New York to Bermuda Cruise
Instructional hours will be held on July 10 (6 hours), 11 (2 hours), and 13th (2 hours)

Tue 7/14 – Manhattan, New York City, disembark at 8am
$954 – interior state room
$1,387 – balcony state room
Based on double occupancy, and includes port fees and taxes.
Deposit is $150 per person (based on double occupancy) or $300 per room.
Deposit is due by March 11, 2026
Must be paid in full by April 25, 2026

The training fee is separate from the cruise fare and paid directly to Roots and Waves Clinical Training Institute. Full payment and attendance are required to receive continuing education credit.
Training Registration Information
The training registration investment is $350.
$100 deposit due at registration, 2 monthly payments of $125 each, must be paid in full by June 19th. Payment plans are available if needed.
Zelle and Venmo are also available options.
Investment cost includes all materials, CEs, and a surprise you’ll receive on embarkation day!
